Manilal Mohandas Gandhi (28 October 1892 – 5 April 1956) . Manilal Gandhi was the second child of Mohandas Gandhi and Kasturba Gandhi. Manilal was conceived in Rajkot, English India. In 1897 Manilal made a trip to South Africa out of the blue, where he invested energy working at the Phoenix Ashram close Durban.
After a short visit to India, in 1917 Manilal came back to South Africa to help with printing the Indian Conclusion a Gujarati-English week by week distribution, at Phoenix, Durban.
